Do You Accept Returns & Refunds?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we understand that faults can occur.
Faulty Items
• Any manufacturing faults must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Faults reported after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Please note:
• We cannot accept responsibility for faults reported long after delivery, as we are unable to verify storage, handling, or usage conditions.
• Items reported as faulty months after purchase unfortunately fall outside our fault-reporting window.
What We Do Not Accept
• Returns or refunds for change of mind
• Used or opened items
• Claims made outside the 7-working-day period
If a fault is verified within the allowed period, we will assess the matter and may offer:
• A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability), or
• Store credit (at our discretion)
All claims must be emailed or sent via WhatsApp with:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos showing the fault
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Luminara Woman, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% handling fee. This fee covers payment processing charges, administrative costs, and order handling.
2. Packed Orders (Paxi or Courier)
If an order has already been packed in a Paxi bag or prepared for shipment, only a partial refund will be issued, as packaging and courier materials have already been paid for and allocated to the order.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
